Frequently Asked Questions

What brand of products do you print on?
We are now using the following brands for all of our products: Tultex Fine Jersey Knit tees, Tultex Hoodies, and American Apparel thermals!
Our past products where printed on different brands, so please refer to each product page for the needed information about those brands.

How long does it take for orders to get here?
We ship orders out within 1-2 business days of your placed order.
For pre-orders we have to wait until the items are in stock, then they go out the same day as we get them, or the very next morning.

Will your shirts shrink in the wash?
Yes they will, to avoid this wash them in cold water, and hang dry.

Can i change my order after it has been placed?
If you have accidentally placed the wrong order email us immediately so i can catch it before we ship out the products.

What payment methods are accepted?
We prefer paypal, it is the safest way for you to shop online, and the quickest way for us to receive your payment so we can ship your products out.


How secure is your store?
PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

I dont have paypal, can i still buy?
Absolutely, there are 2 different options that we offer for this:
-You can order through paypal even if you do not have to have a paypal account. When the 'paypal login' page comes up after you've clicked "proceed to checkout" it will give you an option that says "dont have a paypal account?" Just click on that, and follow the instructions.
-We also accept local cash/check. And for non-locals we accept money orders. Please email us to get our address, and information that you will need for ordering through the mail.
